Privacy at Meditafy

Your data should feel as cared for as your practice.

This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect through the Meditafy launch website and how you remain in control.

Last updated: 13 July 2026

The short version

Small data footprint.

  • We ask only for your email address.
  • The newsletter choice is separate and optional.
  • We do not sell personal data.
  • You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.

01

Who is responsible for your data?

Meditafy is operated by Radical Graphics, which acts as the data controller for the information described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at hello@meditafy.com.

02

What we collect

Waitlist information

Your email address, confirmation status and the dates needed to manage your place and launch notification.

Optional news consent

Whether you actively selected the newsletter checkbox, plus the time, source and wording version shown to you.

Security information

Short-lived, one-way hashes used to limit automated abuse. Meditafy does not store your raw IP address in its waitlist rate-limit records.

Email delivery records

Delivery type, status, time and a technical error message if sending fails. This helps us support the confirmation flow.

Our hosting infrastructure may also create standard security and access logs, such as request time, browser information and IP address.

03

Why we use it and our legal basis

PurposeLegal basis
Confirm and manage the launch waitlist and tell you as the app becomes available on Android and iOS.Your consent, given when you submit and confirm your address.
Send Meditafy news, content and product updates.Your separate, optional consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
Prevent spam, protect email delivery and keep the service secure. Our legitimate interests in operating a safe and reliable service.
Meet legal requests and compliance duties.A legal obligation, where one applies.

We do not use your information for automated decisions or profiling that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

04

The waitlist and newsletter are different choices

Joining the Meditafy app waitlist does not automatically subscribe you to general marketing. The newsletter checkbox is optional and off by default. Every newsletter will provide an unsubscribe route, and unsubscribing from news does not remove your waitlist place or future Meditafy account.

05

How long we keep information

  • Unconfirmed waitlist entries: only while confirmation remains useful and during routine data cleanup.
  • Confirmed waitlist entries: through the Android and iOS releases and a reasonable follow-up period, unless you withdraw or create an account.
  • Newsletter preferences: while subscribed; we may retain a minimal suppression and consent record to respect your choice and demonstrate compliance.
  • Security and delivery records: only for the operational, security and compliance period for which they are needed.

06

Who helps us provide the service

We use service providers only where needed to run Meditafy: Hetzner for server infrastructure, HostArmada for email delivery, Google Fonts for website typography, and the email provider you use to receive our messages. They process information under their own security and contractual responsibilities. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell or rent the waitlist.

When Google Fonts loads, your browser connects to Google and may share technical information such as your IP address and browser details.

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

07

Your rights

Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Email hello@meditafy.com to exercise a right. You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in the country where you live, work or believe an issue occurred.

08

Cookies and security

The public website currently uses essential first-party technology for form security and to remember that you have seen the cookie notice. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the current list.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

09

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the app, our providers or our data practices materially change. If a change affects a consent you already gave, we will request a new choice where required.
